Programs
NSBT offers two graduate degree programs, the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (MACM) and the Master of Arts in Global Christian Leadership (MAGL). Each program comprises 36 credit hours and is delivered fully online across an academic year of five sessions of eight weeks each. Graduates serve in ministry and leadership contexts that include pastoral ministry, chaplaincy, nonprofit and church leadership, teaching, missions, and community engagement.
Degrees conferred
NSBT has conferred 46 graduate degrees across its four conferral dates: 24 in June 2023, 7 in June 2024, 9 in June 2025, and 6 in June 2026. Students have up to five years to complete their degree program, and the typical completion timeframe is approximately three years for most master’s degree students.

Because NSBT’s programs do not indicate a specific career outcome or prepare students for a licensure or certification examination, NSBT does not set an employment or placement benchmark and does not track licensure examination pass rates.
