Career Services

NSBT makes no earnings claim, no placement claim, and no guarantee of ministry position or employment to any prospective student. The Academic Catalog assigns guidance and placement to the academic advisors, the Academic Dean, and the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Academic Programs and Director of Field Education.

Academic Support Services

  • Provide academic advising related to course selection, pacing, and program progression
  • Make sure students understand institutional policies, procedures, and academic expectations

Academic Dean – Academic Guidance and Placement

  • Assist students in clarifying vocational calling and ministry direction

Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Academic Programs and Director of Field Education

  • Oversee guidance related to internships, or field education opportunities
  • Support students in identifying ministry contexts aligned with their academic training
  • Provide guidance on capstone integration with ministry practice
  • Support students in transitioning from academic study to ministry or leadership roles
